What is a Concussion?A concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury that occurs when the brain hits the the side of the inside of the skull, it can also occur when the brain shakes inside the skull. concussion can be caused by a blow to the head or body, a fall, or another injury that could shake the brain.

Sometimes its not easy to tell if someone has a concussion, the symptoms aren't always there.

- Not being able to concentrate
- Not being able to remember new information
- Nausea and vomiting
- Headache
- Fuzzy or blurry vision
- Dizziness
- Sensitivity to light or noise
- Balance problems
- Feeling tired or having no energy
- Easily upset or angered
- Sad
- Nervous or anxious
- More emotional
- Sleeping more than usual
- Sleeping less than usual
- Having a hard time falling asleep
